What kind of attorney to contact for debt problems?
What type of attorney should I contact regarding bad debt, charged off accounts, advice on paying my accounts off in the best way possible, and ways to eliminate, or at least make charged off accounts look better on my credit report.
Obviously a "Paid in full" charged off account is going to look better than a remaining balance that hasn’t been paid.
